The add-on menu

Choose the lines your property needs. Each shows on the estimate by itself.

Hot tub and deck

For the chalets with a tub, a sauna or a plunge on the deck.

  • Hot tub reset

Shell and waterline wiped, filter rinsed, cover and latches checked, and a photo of the test-strip reading sent to you.

    Each turnover
  • Deck and steps sweep

Snow and grit brushed off the deck, steps and tub surround, and a text when ice is building where guests walk.

    Winter
  • Sauna or plunge wipe-down

Benches, floor and door handle wiped, and the towel hook restocked.

Boot room and entry

Where a week of slush ends up.

  • Boot room reset

Trays emptied and wiped, boot dryers checked, mats shaken out, and salt and melt mopped off the floor.

    Each turnover
  • Lost-and-found bag

A glove, a hat or a goggle strap left behind is bagged, photographed and listed for you the same day we find it.

  • Gear room check

Ski and board racks cleared of guests' gear, wax bench wiped, loaner items counted against your list.

Firewood and propane

Counted and reported. Nothing connected, lit or swapped.

  • Firewood restock

Rack stacked from your supplier's delivery, bark and ash swept up, and a count of how many nights of wood are left.

  • Hearth reset

Cold ash swept, hearth and glass wiped, tools put back. We never light a fire or clean a flue.

  • Propane gauge check

We read the tank gauge, photograph it and text you when it is under a quarter. Your propane company swaps tanks.

No price is printed here because a one-bedroom condo and a six-bedroom chalet are not the same job. Each add-on is a line on your written estimate.

Firewood and propane

Counted, photographed and reported. Never lit, never connected.

A fire and a tank are the two things on a mountain property we handle least. We read, restock and report. Lighting a fire, cleaning a flue or touching a regulator belongs to your propane company or chimney sweep.

  • Firewood: rack stacked from your supplier's delivery, bark and ash swept

  • Hearth: cold ash swept, glass and hearth wiped, tools put back

  • Propane: the gauge read and photographed, a text when it is under a quarter

  • A gas smell: we leave, call the utility and you
