Turnover clean
A turnover the next guest can't tell was a turnover
From the moment the last guest's car pulls out to the moment the next one finds the lockbox: the same checklist every time, written down.

Bathrooms: showers, tubs, toilets, mirrors, fresh towels set
Bedrooms: beds stripped, remade with clean linen, floors vacuumed
Living areas: surfaces wiped, floors vacuumed and mopped, throws folded
Restock from your list: paper, soap, coffee, trash bags

A visit, in order
How a visit goes
- 01
Step 1: The crew arrives and texts you
A text from the lead the moment we walk in, with a photo of the entry.
- 02
Step 2: Boot room and entry
Floors first, so they dry while we work.
- 03
Step 3: Kitchen and baths
Top to bottom, then floors.
- 04
Step 4: Beds and living areas
Linen on last, throws folded, lights checked.
- 05
Step 5: The report
Photos of each room, the count of beds and towels, and notes on anything broken or missing.

Questions
Questions about this service
What if a guest leaves the house in a state?
We clean it to the same checklist, photograph what we found and what we did, and list anything extra as a labeled line. Damage is photographed and reported, never cleaned around.
What if something is missing?
A missing towel, a broken glass or a lamp not working is on the report the same visit. The policies page covers how we handle it.
How long does a turnover take?
A two-bedroom condo is two people for a short morning. A six-bedroom chalet with a tub is a longer one. The walkthrough sets the crew size so the six hours are enough.
