What we collect

When you send a walkthrough request we receive your name, mobile number, the property details you enter, and any message. If you text photos, we receive them through your own messaging app.

How we use it

We use it to reply, to schedule the walkthrough and to write your estimate. We don't sell it or share it with advertisers.

Access codes

Lockbox codes and alarm instructions are given to us by phone or in person, not through this site, and are shared only with the crew assigned to your property.
