Most of our turnovers are within fifteen minutes of Prospector Avenue. Heber, Hideout, Kamas and Oakley are by arrangement, because a Saturday turnover that far out costs a driver's hour.

Why Heber, Hideout and Kamas are by arrangement
A Saturday turnover has six hours. A crew that drives forty minutes each way loses a fifth of that, so far properties are handled differently.
Weekday turnovers
Properties over the hill are taken on weekday checkouts, when the crew has the day.

Or on weekends, with a longer gap between checkout and check-in.
